Ben Waugh joined more2life as Group Lending Operations Director in 2018, following an almost two-decade-long career at Barclays. In 2023, Ben was appointed Managing Director. He has a wealth of experience across change, operations, sales, and customer experience, and his knowledge and focus on borrower needs helps more2life maintain its mantle at the forefront of the later life lending market.
