I never imagined that I would be in the position I am today, and I am sure that my careers adviser who suggested maybe becoming a librarian, if asked might feel the same. I have had the privilege helping forward-thinking financial services companies in the realisation that the implementation of technology in the enterprise space is about solving real world problems, enabling innovation and the understanding that the business comes first.

My career has covered the implementation of Life and General Insurance solutions across the globe to some of the largest insurers to the smallest InsurTechs. From COBOL programmer to Head of Architecture at a large UK Financial Services organisation and now to CTO/CPO of finova.
