Oli Lewis-Jones is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Retail Conduct team. Oli has supported firms extensively with Consumer Duty implementation over the past two years, including in the Equity Release sector. More broadly, Oli supports firms across the retail lending and banking sectors on understanding and meeting FCA requirements, managing their relationships with the regulator and delivering regulatory change.
